Your staff skills

My business provides customised training - coaching, tutoring or mentoring - for managers and staff. I develop tools for managers for performance evaluation to improve productivity and create a culture that supports innovation, excellent client relationships and the retention of key staff.

Coaching is job focused and performance orientated, directing a person towards an agreed end result. For example, improving client service through development of creative critique, written proposals, presentation techniques, project management, estimating, production scheduling, research skills or biz dev strategy planning.

Tutoring is subject orientated and focuses on improving specific knowledge or skills.
For example, developing art direction, copywriting, design or computer skills.

Mentoring focuses on the staff member and their career and is provided to support individual growth and maturity. For example, a more experienced person supporting a less experienced creative or account service person in the development of their craft by working with them and providing honest feedback.

I can facilitate creative workshops with both clients and creative teams.

I can conduct a training needs analysis and develop comprehensive staff appraisals to establish where your team needs to improve its skills and what is the best learning technique to do so.
