Infrastructure

I perform a series of checks on systems and procedures and advise on compliance issues, which may include reviewing OH&S, Equal Opportunity and Grievance procedures, Worksafe compliance and record keeping.

I can review your financial systems and procedures and advise on best practice.

Human Resources

I can assist you with Human Resources by managing annual staff performance reviews, developing or realigning job descriptions for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness, setting KPIs, developing staff retention strategies, handling staff consultation or mediation, creating company or role induction procedures, or handling initial probation assessments.
