I offer a save-time service based on my many years in creative recruitment.
I work with you to develop the criteria or job description, then write and place targeted advertisements, answer enquiries, review and screen applications, handle telephone pre-screening and briefing candidates, create short lists, arrange and hold first round interviews, create a final shortlist and arrange final interviews, handle reference checking, develop employment contracts and respond to unsuccessful applicants.
You can advertise directly or use recruitment agents or do both, but now you have a highly experienced creative recruiter and creative business manager to help you cut to the chase.
